Butterfly Arrives

Butterfly was released in Australia today, and is due for release around the world in the coming hours.

The Australian album contains fourteen tracks, two of these being bonus remixes of Honey (namely the So So Def Radio Mix and the Def Club Mix).

A track-by-track review of the album appears in this issue.

Honey Mixes

Apart from the original LP Version coproduced with Sean "Puffy" Combs, other remixes for Honey include the Bad Boy Remix featuring rappers Mase and The Lox, and the So So Def Mix produced by So So Def and featuring Da Brat and Jermaine Dupri.

Three of the David Morales dance remixes for Honey have been released in Australia: the Classic Mix, Classic Instrumental and (appearing on the Butterfly album itself) Def Club Mix.

A more comprehensive set of remixes has been released in the United Kingdom, on two CDs. The two CD set features the LP Version, Bad Boy Remix, Smooth Version, So So Def Mix, Classic Mix, Morales Club Dub, Mo' Honey Dub and Classic Instrumental.

A second Honey remix maxisingle is likely to be released in Australia soon containing the missing remixes.

Hey Hey It's Honey

Part of Molly Meldrum's recent interview with Mariah Carey recently appeared on Australia's Hey Hey It's Saturday.

She discussed the new single and confirmed that she will tour Australia in January.

Mariah will also appear in an interview on the USA's NBC network Today show later today, and will appear on other US shows such as Oprah and ET soon.

Butterfly On Radio

Butterfly is soon to have its radio debut in the US. It is a power-ballad sung as only Mariah can, and has already been remixed into a dance version by David Morales- Fly Away on the Butterfly album.
